LOCAL DELIVERY (MAURITIUS)

1.PAY & DELIVERY

All orders will be delivered within 48hrs the day after your payment has been processed. 

Will be to your indicated address through our delivery partner or at collecting point

We also offer the option to order online and pay when you collect at our store.

2. Delivery within Mauritius

All orders will be shipped within 48hrs of receipt of payment. The order is posted by Aramex. A fixed rate of Rs250 is applied for orders. Any purchase above Rs3000 qualifies for FREE shipping.

Please ensure the address & contact number you supply to us is accurate. You will have to make necessary arrangements to receive the goods and to collect them from ARAMEX office if you are not able to take delivery in person.

After your purchase, we will provide you with a confirmation by email and a tracking number that can be used to follow your parcel.

Returns & Exchange

Returns 

Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, only if the item is broken during transportation also your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and a ticket will be issued for your query.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to our mail box with ARAMEX. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
If you are shipping an item over MUR 2,500, you should consider using registered post. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
